The NICA SoCal series has flown right by. Formal practices began back in January, it’s now mid-May. It’s unbelievable how quickly time ticks by when you’ve found something worthwhile to occupy yourself with. Similarly, I’ve picked up running “for fun” more often. Individual sports/pastimes like this are really something one can continue for a lifetime. About this league: it’s part of NICA, National Interscholastic Cycling Association www.nationalmtb.org check it out! They’ve got 10 leagues up and running across the US of A!
As for the races, well I’ll get to describing them in brilliant detail in a few days, the AP Stats test is calling my name…
